AUFORIS Purchase Conditions

1.     Seller confirms receipt of these purchase conditions with their signature and returns to AUFORIS with their detailed FCO, a copy of the seller’s company registration (showing the name of the CEO) as well as a passport copy of the named CEO.

2.     Supplier and AUFORIS negotiate terms of busines and each sign SPA.

3.     Supplier sends material CIF Frankfurt/Main airport (INCOTERMS 2010*) using a bonded logistics /shipping company.
For each delivery/shipment, we required a certificate of origin.
NOTE: Any shipments/deliveries MUST be confirmed by AUFORIS at least 3 working days prior to arrival in Germany to organise logistics and plan laboratory personell!!!
In the unlikely event that the seller wants to have the material delivered by personal delivery, the seller is responsible for obtaining a valid Schengen visa.

4.     Material will be picked up by AUFORIS and customs declaration will be handled – including payment of import taxes - by AUFORIS.

5.     Secure transport (armed transport i.e. Brinks, G4S) will be arranged by AUFORIS for material to our laboratory in Goettingen, Germany to do preliminary assay.

6.     Supplier will receive detailed receipt and copy of preliminary assay

7.     Subsequently, a complete melt and fire assay will be performed, which may take a few days, depeding on quantity.

8.     Result of fire assay will be sent to supplier and after they give their OK to the test result, payment will be transferred within 2-3 banking days to sellers account. No payment before this time. Payment ONLY bank to bank, NO cash transactions. We will not issue bank garanties, blocked funds or issue any type of POF.

9.     Any intermediaries/agents on seller’s side will be paid by seller!

10.   Ownership of the material will transferred (automatically) once payment has cleared buyers bank.

* INCOTERMS 2010: The seller is responsible for arranging the transport contract to the named destination. Seller bears all risks and costs involved in bringing the goods to and unloading them at the terminal at the named port of place or destination. The buyer is responsible for all charges that incur at customs at destination country.
